Terms for using MyanTools
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MyanTools mobile application and related services operated by NAIDD.
About MyanTools
MyanTools is a platform for Burmese and Myanmar multilingual language tools. Current and future features may include romanization, bulk processing, assistants, translation, speech, vision, and related language workflows.
Acceptable use
You agree to use MyanTools lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the service to:
- Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Generate or process hateful, violent, or otherwise harmful content in violation of applicable platform rules
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Attempt to disrupt, misuse, or reverse engineer the service beyond what is allowed by law
Accounts and access
Some features may be available to guest users, while others require sign-in. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
Feature availability
Features may change over time. We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features, including beta or experimental tools, to improve service quality, safety, or operational stability.
Paid or premium features
Certain features may become paid or subscription-based in the future. Where applicable, purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms and subject to their billing and refund rules.
Language tool outputs
MyanTools may use rule-based, automated, or AI-assisted systems. Outputs may be helpful but are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or suitable for legal, professional, or safety-critical reliance without independent review.
User content
You retain responsibility for the text, files, and other inputs you submit. You must have the necessary rights to submit that content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to MyanTools if these Terms or applicable policies are violated, or if continued access would create risk to the service, users, or applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar, unless a different law is required by applicable consumer protection rules.
