MyanToolsAccount Deletion
How users can delete their account
Users can delete their MyanTools account directly inside the mobile application through the account settings flow.
What happens when an account is deleted
- The associated Firebase Authentication account is removed.
- Stored user records handled by the account deletion workflow are removed from Cloud Firestore.
- Stored bulk job files associated with the user account are removed from Cloud Storage.
- Bulk job records associated with the account are deleted.
This process is intended to take effect immediately after the deletion request is completed successfully in the app.
How to request deletion
- Open the MyanTools app.
- Go to your profile or settings area.
- Select the account deletion option.
- Confirm the deletion request in the app.
